Aloha! My name is Hoku, I was born and raised here in cache valley and I am a mama to 3 beautiful, wild kiddos who keep me on my toes! You can usually find me spending time at home, hiking, kayaking or foraging for plants to make tea and medicine. My first dip into holistic health was 9 years ago when I was certified in Foot Zoning. Since then I’ve been exploring and practicing alternative medicine to heal myself and my loved ones. In 2021 I attended Healing Mountain Massage School and graduated with extra certifications in Thai massage, Shiatsu, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, and Structural Integration. My style is more of a hybrid massage where I use a blend of modalities to create relaxation and homeostasis. I love all things skin care, body treatments and full body/advanced sugar waxing. I am originally from Bountiful Utah but moved to Cache County in 2015. When I am not working, I love all things outdoors, as long as it's summer. In winter, I will be home in a warm blanket with a good book (usually Harry Potter).
