Lotus Luxury Spa and Wellness is a visionary haven for women's well-being, founded by three women. It all began with a vision of what we would like the spa and wellness world to look like in beautiful Cache Valley, UT. We have a wide variety of services that include massage therapy, esthetics, Microneedling, as well as sugaring/waxing. We offer a serene atmosphere, dedicated staff, and use and sell Eminence brand products, an exclusive for our clientele. Also, what is unique about our spa is we do monthly retreats that focus on mental and emotional wellness. During these retreats, we invite other small business owners to collaborate. Providing a unique experience of being pampered and acquainted with goods and services being offered within our community, with a focus on women's health and wellbeing. We welcome you and your friends and family to participate in creating personalized retreats that focus on your individual needs and/or special occasions such as weddings or just a day with the girls. We will plan, organize, and build your retreat to your vision. We invite you to schedule an appointment at the spa, or book a group retreat. Krista Sadler, Partner/Co-owner of Lotus Luxury Spa and Wellness. I was born and raised in Richmond, Utah so I am 100% a Cache Valley native. Cache Valley has been a beautiful placeto grow and meet amazing people throughout my life. The best thing I have learned in life is totake care of yourself and love yourself and it somehow works out in life may not always be easybut will be worth it. Creating this spa with amazing women and friends have been a dream for along time. I am married to Rex Spendlove and we have a Silver Lab named BB Queen(akaBeyonce) her name doesn’t due justice to her personality, don’t worry you will see pics of her craziness I am sure.

Megan Hicks, Partner/Co-owner of Lotus Luxury Spa and Wellness. Born and raised in Southern Utah, I have proudly called beautiful Cache Valley my home for the past 13 years. I have always loved treating myself to a relaxing massage or facial, and was excited when the opportunity presented itself to open the spa. I believe that taking care of yourself is crucial, and I’m thrilled to be part of a business that promotes wellness. When I'm not indulging in self-care, I find solace in the pages of a captivating book, nurturing my garden with vibrant blooms, and creating memories with my husband and son.
Melissa Carlisle - Owner
Hello there! I'm thrilled to be a co-owner and licensed master esthetician at our wonderful spa and wellness center. I thrive on empowering women to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin and am looking forward to growing a collective of warrior women who build each other up and support each other in Cache Valley. When I'm not pampering our clients, you can often find me hitting the mountain, enjoying the thrill of skiing. Family is everything to me, so I cherish every moment spent with my boys. Being outdoors fills my soul with joy and rejuvenates me. I can't wait to share our spa's relaxing and rejuvenating experiences with you.
